2. Color it. (Anyway you'd like. On the computer, or just use pencil crayons)

3. Give it a name. (A name for the character that is)

Here's the description:

Deepsea blue locks flow down just past her shoulders, her braided bangs framing her face. Her soft blue eyes gazing into yours, the light reflecting off them makes them seem like an ocean wave. Light gray fur with darker markings surround this furre's body. Wearing a black strapless top, you can see her gold, star-shaped locket attatched to a thin silver chain around her neck. Around her tail are two black bracers, a gold star engraved on one, a sapphire heart on the other.
